- Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers at all times.
- Always exhibit 'hands on' and direct approach with customers.
- Answer phones in a timely, professional manner.
- Forward calls to appropriate personnel or take messages as requested.
- Mailing of checks as titles.
- Assist accounting department.
- Posting all purchases to applied floor plans and posting payments when received.
- Monitor floor plan reports weekly.
- Directs vendors and dealers as necessary.
- Receives packages delivered to front of office.
- Files, faxes letters and memos as necessary.
- Process outgoing mail and packages as necessary.
- Work well independently as well as a team player
- Timely communication of issues that may be deemed as detrimental to the success of operations to Management.
- Performs other duties as necessary
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Previous switchboard and data entry skills preferred
- Should be highly organized, self motivated and self disciplined. Highly customer service orientated. Computer proficient.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age
- Environment: The environment of the Receptionist involves working at the Auction in a fast paced environment requiring good multi-tasking skills with excellent telephone manner/skills.
