- · Assess and analyze delinquent customer accounts to determine appropriate action
- · Contact defendants to negotiate and establish payment arrangements
- · Maintain accurate records of customer contacts and payment agreements
- · Collaborate with internal departments to resolve balance/payment disputes
- · Monitor and track payment progress and follow up with defendants as needed
- · Provide exceptional service while effectively managing challenging situations
- · Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline collections procedures
- · Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- · Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with collections software preferred
- · Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- · Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- · Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and regulatory requirements a plus
- · Bi-lingual speaker a plus
