$64,928 - $78,102

The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene is seeking a qualified applicant to fill a full-time Research Scientist I position at the New York State Psychiatric Institute.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with all IRB submissions and ensure ethics compliance across the Center
Coordinate the activities of a team of volunteers conducting research activities related to the Mental Wellness Equity Center
Take minutes and distribute action points for all Equity Center meetings and activities
Assist with qualitative data collection, coding, and analysis
Assist with the development of hybrid multimedia training materials to support training of the workforce
Assist with planning for all trainingrelated activities for the workforce

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and two years of professional research experience in an appropriate field
A master's degree in an appropriate field may substitute for one year of the experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

A minimum of 4 years of experience with qualitative research methods
Proficiency in Spanish
