    Summary

    The primary purpose of this position is to serve as first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to 673 CES/CEIHD.

    Duties

  • Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 673 CES/CEIHD (Single Soldier Housing) ensuring that Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
  • Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
  • Represents 673 CES/CEIH with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
  • Provides and advocates appropriate recognition and feedback for employee performance and contribution to the unit and mission, using the full range of honorary and monetary awards.
  • Plans and directs joint tenant-management inspections of barracks rooms between residents to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance and habitability of rooms, furnishings, equipment and facilities including common areas.
