    SAIC is seeking Scrum Master to join our energized team as we embark on a large AI initiative
    The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in facilitating and enabling Agile practices, ensuring the team follows Scrum principles, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
    This role demands excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques
    The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and is capable of coordinating people and projects and facilitating changes while achieving deliverables

    Key Re sponsibilities:

    • Lead and manage Agile and Scrum teams and processes.
    • Introduce, maintain, and advance the Agile methodology and have a strong understanding of the Agile principles.
    • Provide problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Lead multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Coach and mentor teams to ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to teams.
    • Ensure that teams are well-organized and tasks are completed on time.
    • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within teams.
    • Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
    • Remove impediments and foster a productive, collaborative, and self-organizing team environment.
    • Help the team maintain a focus on delivering high-quality, value-driven work in each sprint.
    • Collaborate with the product owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
    • Drive continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and by identifying areas for growth and improvement and recommend solutions.
    • Encourage a culture of openness, transparency, and adaptability

    Qualifications Required Qualifications:

    • U.S
    Citizenship


    • Active TS security clearance with SCI eligibility .
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 9 years experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
    • Proven experience as a Scrum Master on Agile development teams.
    • St rong knowledge of Agile methodologies, principles, and frameworks.
    • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to resolve conflicts and guide the team towards consensus.
    • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Rally etc.).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
    • A commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
    • Strong understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its various components.
    • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) or equivalent Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach, etc.).
    • Experience with one of the large cloud-computing infrastructure and AI solutions similar to AWS, MS Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, data platforms including Spark, Databricks, or similar

    Target salary range:
    $125,001 - $150,000
    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors
    SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline

    Covid Policy:
    SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters
    Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
