- Candidates must have an MD, DO or equivalent degree.
- ACGME accredited Urology residency program and must be certified or in process for eligibility for certification by the American Board or Urology (ABU)
- Treatment for Kidney, bladder, prostate, kidney stones, ED and male reproductive organs
- Fellowship trained is preferred, but not required
- Successful candidates must have experience and excellence in general urology or a recognized urological subspecialty and have a desire to work in a highacuity, Level 1 trauma center
- Extremely busy Operating Room and Outpatient service
- Candidates must have or be eligible for a California medical license or equivalent certification/permit as determined by the Medical Board of California.
- Competitive compensation / salary commensurate directly with years of experience. (Not dependent on RVUs).

- Physicians who have certification by appropriate AMSB in the specialty to which he/she is assigned is entitled to a 5.5% monthly bonus.
- PTO includes 13 paid holidays and 10 paid days for CME

- Nonclinical time or compensation proportional to additional responsibilities
