    Description

    Seeking an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join a progressive private cardiology group with a well-established patient base in Phoenix, Arizona The physicians in this group have been named Phoenix Top Docs for the last 25 years.

    Overview:

    • Join a group of 7 Cardiologists and 4 APPs
    • Monday-Friday schedule
    • No after-hours call
    • Occasional weekend rounding coverage
    • Experience coordinating inpatient/outpatient care with a broad spectrum of cardiovascular diseases is highly desirable.
    • Compensation based on experience
    • Full benefits package that includes health, dental, PTO, etc.

    Community/Location:

    The Phoenix metropolitan area, known as the Valley of the Sun, is home to almost 3 million people and includes the cities of Scottsdale, Glendale, Tempe, and Mesa. Here you will find quality educational opportunities for all ages. Sunny days and comfortable temperatures are the rules from November through April, making this time the most enjoyable and popular time of year. Recreation is plentiful throughout the valley, and the most popular outdoor activities are golfing, hiking, hot air balloons, and scenic day trips into the nearby desert or to one of the nearby mountain towns. Downtown Scottsdale is always entertaining, with its shopping centers focusing on art and trendy things. The Salt River and Verde River reservoir system east and northeast of Phoenix provides scenic mountain lakes very popular for boating, water skiing, and fishing. Here you will enjoy parks, equestrian trails, fishing, boating, golf, cultural activities, and sporting events while enjoying the beautiful sunshine in Phoenix.
