    We are looking for a Business Development Team Manager , Americas, to join our team.

    What You Will Be Doing


    As a BDR Manager, you will help our Sales Development (prospecting) function in North America and share responsibility for its continued success via engaged leadership of our high performing team of BDRs.

    The BDR Manager will be a trusted resource for team members and leadership.

    The BDR Manager will serve as first-line leader of our BDR team including the traditional responsibilities commensurate with the position.

    Leadership Responsibilities

    Provide on-the-job coaching to new and existing Business Development Representatives (BDRs) responsible for inbound and outbound lead generation engagements.

    Contribute to the ongoing development of our sales development playbook with processes and best practices such as sales sequence, sales pitches, role-playing, email templates, and qualification tactics to ensure BDR efficiency and consistent conveyance of our current messaging.

    Support KPI metrics to measure the effectiveness of BDRs' lead generation and qualification efforts and help BDRs improve by understanding their performance on a regular basis.

    Motivate and provide assistance to the BDR team to achieve collective and individual goals.

    Partner with the Sales & Marketing leadership and stakeholders to continually experiment and optimize elements such as messaging, marketing segments, prospect lists via insights gathered from lead generation efforts.

    Partner with the AVP of Global Sales Development and HR in BDR recruitment activities

    What You Will Bring To The Table

    3+ years of B2B technology Sales, Sales Development, or Inside Sales experience
    Documented experience leading people in some capacity

    Self-starter with proven success in outbound (cold calling experience is required) and inbound lead generation in competitive and results-driven environments.

    Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and motivate others.
    Excels as both a leader and a collaborative teammate concurrently.
    Excellent working knowledge of inbound & outbound technologies and tools
    Demonstrated ability to articulate value propositions of the product to peers, subordinates, as well as external senior level executives.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Demonstrates the ability to effectively teach others.
    Experience in growing and scaling a successful sales development team in a fast-growth environment is preferred.
    Excellent organizational skills
    Proficient with sales technology tools including CRM (SFDC experience is strongly preferred), prospecting automation tools experience is strongly preferred), various sales engagement platforms and prospecting databases, and Microsoft tools
    Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization including sales, marketing, channels, product, and engineering.
    Experience in a Cybersecurity and/or start-up technology organization is preferred.
