- Conduct research and gather information relevant to specific grant programs.
- Assist with drafting and editing grant agreements, sending letters, etc.
- Learn program guidelines and deadline process
- Check application documents, update trackers, and communication logs in RedBooth
- Research and create a review checklist for the assessments
- Download information in Jotform and upload to Teams
- Set up folders for each one of the projects and quarterly reports
- Participate in research meetings and client calls
- Learn about the nuances of government and federal funding programs
- Assist with other tasks as assigned.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on public policy, business, writing, or a related field
- Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with basic data analysis tools
- Familiarity or interest in government and federal grant processes a plus
