Tasks:

  • Ensuring the proper technical condition of the technical systems to be maintained in Clifton Heights
  • Independent inspections, maintenance and testing of building technical systems (heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing)
  • Conducting control rounds and inspections, as well as proactive repairs and maintenance
  • Accompanying and supporting technical operations for clients
  • Digital documentation of performed tasks using mobile devices (e.g. maintenance protocols)

Your profile:

  • Technical education, e.g. as a HVAC technician / mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology / central heating and ventilation builder / gas and water installer or equivalent qualification as a career changer
  • Customer-oriented, dedicated employees who value teamwork and reliability
  • Ideally with some professional experience, but also open to career starters or technically skilled career changers with a desire for further training
  • German language skills at level B2 / Class B driver's license
