Your tasks

Project management of large-scale projects in the field of infrastructure (e.g. airports), industrial buildings and public buildings
Technical, economic and organizational construction consulting
Responsible for tendering and awarding of planning and execution services
Ensuring costs, deadlines, quality and resources
Conducting target-actual analyses, developing measures and recommendations for action
Contract and risk management of time-critical construction projects

Successfully completed degree in engineering (civil engineering, construction management, architecture) and excellent economic understanding
First professional experience as an engineer in project management desirable
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and / or Oracle Primavera
Sound knowledge of HOAI, VOB
Negotiation skills in German (C1-C2)
