We are currently seeking a Quality Manager to ensure the achievement of quality goals for component and function warranty costs and failures.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the problem management process, as well as requirements and risk management.

You will work in interdisciplinary, international teams consisting of development, procurement, and manufacturing, and will lead them through quality processes.

As the Quality Manager, you will prioritize the problem landscape, identify areas for action and decision-making, and escalate issues as needed through your reporting channels, including to the leadership team of the Tech-Sub-Cluster.

You will also provide transparency on the quality situation of our products and processes through standardized reporting and systems.

As the ideal candidate, you have a degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent knowledge gained through other means.

You also have experience in component development and/or production processes, preferably in the doors or flaps sector.

You possess strong project management skills and have a good command of English.

Ideally, you have experience with Q-methods and have completed a Green Belt training in Six Sigma.

You are known for your structured approach, teamwork, and ability to assert yourself.
