    We are seeking a reliable Legal Billing Specialist to manage our debt tracking and collection processes accurately and consistently. This role is essential in safeguarding our revenue streams. The Legal Billing Specialist should possess a strong understanding of billing protocols and demonstrate keen attention to detail. Their analytical skills are crucial, and effective communication abilities can significantly enhance client interactions. The ideal candidate is dynamic, meticulous, and capable of working autonomously.


    Job Description:

    • Coordinate the billing cycle, including composing invoices, refining time records, and finalizing bills, including e-billing submissions.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all billing documents and records.
    • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely billing.
    • Maintain organized billing files and records for easy access and retrieval.
    • Assist with the preparation of billing reports and analysis as needed.
    • Stay updated on relevant billing regulations and guidelines.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal billing, with proficiency in e-billing.
    • Experience with multiple payors is advantageous.
    • Exceptional attention to detail in both verbal and written communication.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
    • Capable of working independently or collaboratively with attorneys
