LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Legal Billing Specialist the St. Louis area. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated knowledge of attorney billings.

Monday-Friday; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Lunch:

1 Hour

Parking:
Paid

Compensation:
$52,000 to $55,000 (very flexible upon experience)

Job Description:
Utilize electronic billing systems to submit and track invoices

Perform billing duties for selected book of clients

Trace e-billing adjustments and appeals

Collaborate with clients, attorneys and accounting departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes

Answer billing questions

Assist with accounts receivable if needed

Qualifications:

2+ years billing within the legal industry preferred

Demonstrated ability to identify and address billing discrepancies effectively

Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and obligations efficiently, meeting deadlines as required

Proficient in using accounting information systems, as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software and equipment

Pay Details:
$52,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
