    Description

    VIRELLA is searching for a dedicated leader to join our dynamic team. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our industry. The ideal candidate will immerse themselves in our proven processes, managing a portfolio of 2,000 business clients, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding our client base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will oversee a small team, guiding them through the same tasks.

    As you become proficient in our methodologies and systems, you will evolve into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.




    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide top-notch service to our current client base
    • Identify new business prospects within the B2B sector
    • Supervise team performance and deliver results
    • Train and mentor new team members on established systems
    • Submit daily activity reports using our Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Outstanding organizational and detail-oriented abilities
    • Proven track record in time management and meeting deadlines


    Essential Skills:

    - Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
    - Proficiency in task prioritization and delegation
    - Effective performance in fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environments
    - Dedication to aiding individuals and nurturing connections
    - Exceptional time management and organizational competencies
    - Prior experience in sales or customer service
    - Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach
    - Active community involvement desired
    - Familiarity with CRMs, particularly Salesforce



    Licensing Requirements:

    • Mandatory possession of a valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Clear background check and reliable transportation
    • Completion of a 45-day assessment period prior to progression
