Key Responsibilities:

Manage the month end close process, including adherence to the close deadlines; prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

Coordinate the internal monthly and quarterly review process to ensure financial statements are accurate.
Completion of Balance Sheet reconciliations for multiple subsidiaries.
Facilitate the quarterly and annual financial statement audits.
Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Supplemental Financial Reporting Schedules.
Maintaining and monitoring the Chart of Accounts.
Provide strong leadership to the team and provide coaching, mentoring and training to develop them.

Qualifications:
Experience with top tier ERP software.
Experience in a public company and adhering to SOX standards.
Certified Public Accountant.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work professionally with all levels of management.
Ability to organize time and tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
Ability to lead and develop a team.
Bachelors Degree, Accounting or Finance.
Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
