    What You Do
    Client Delivery

    • Provide technical delivery leadership within a project or workstream under the guidance of a delivery manager or client lead
    • Accountable for technical excellence for the assigned project or workstream
    • Uplift engineers, both at the client and Liatrio teammates
    • Able to architect a technical solution, articulate the solution to client leadership and engineers, and lead a team of engineers to implement the solution
    • Serve as a technical point of contact, providing architectural guidance and the Liatrio point of view to the client
    • Ensure delivery manager or client lead is up to date on any concerns or changes to work, as well as reaching out for guidance or feedback on strategy and approach
    • Able to adapt quickly to change and shift focus as required to meet customer needs
    Team Leadership

    • Organize work for team members, breaking down tasks regularly and pairing with other engineers
    • Mentor junior team members, including 1:1 meetings, providing feedback, guiding technical growth
    • Provide feedback to delivery manager or client lead on overall team performance and areas for growth
    Internal Liatrio Growth

    • Seek and provide fast feedback both personally and for others.
    • Generate ideas and be willing to fail fast and demonstrate with POC's
    • Participate in presales demand calls development
    • Drive knowledge sharing in and out of client engagements
    Tools and Technologies
    As a hands-on leader, we expect you'll have significant experience with many of the tools and technologies we frequently use with our clients


    Some of these include:

    • Build systems such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or GitLab
    • Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Cloud Formation
    • Cloud native technologies such as Kubernetes and Istio
    • Cloud providers like Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud
    • Observability through tools such as Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Grafana or Zipkin
    • Modern source control management systems and branching strategies
    Requirements

    Employment eligibility:
    must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without the need for sponsorship.

    Travel availability:
    we divide our time between working remotely and visiting our client sites located throughout the U.S.

    For most roles, travel typically ranges from six times per year to a few weeks per month, depending on client need.

    Full benefits including unlimited PTO, funded HSA option, 401k match, monthly LiveWell stipend, and quarterly company bonus

    Location:
    Able to be on-site in Dallas, TX (DFW airport area) up to 40%. Candidates may be living in the area or able to routinely travel to Dallas.

    Annual base salary:
    $130,000-$195,000, depending on experience
