We are looking for a highly motivated Vice President, Industry Strategy - Ecommerce/Retail/Consumer Goods to join Talkdesk. Are you inspired by building something new? In partnership with the Alliances team, developing the eco-system of partners required to drive scale and market leadership
~ Talkdesk has a large retail installed base. The VP GM Retail will be responsible for market opportunity assessment and targeting within the complex customer landscape to identify the sub-segments where we can achieve growth at scale
Experience in understanding retail decision-making for technology purchases desired.
~15+ years of experience in retail and consumer goods
~ Strategy, P&L, executive business experience required
~ Strong executive presence and executive communication skills is a must
Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
