- Handle 35 to 45 calls daily as the intermediary between company and customers.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable insurance policies.
- Educate customers on coverages and provide recommendations.
- Find clients through various prospecting methods.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with clients.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and customer service.
- Document and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Manage policy requests and changes.
- Identify process improvements and new service applications.
- Preferably a high school diploma with at least one year of Insurance Producer experience.
- Required 20-44 P&C license, with 220 P&C License preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- 1 year of Insurance sales experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in lead generation, relationship management, and listening skills.
- Timely responses to inquiries and strong client management.
- Familiarity with rating systems and client management tools.
