Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Company: Bally's Corporation

The Role:

The Marketing Specialist will report to the Regional Direct Marketing and Advertising Manager, along with the Regional Marketing & Promotions Manager and Twin River Management Group. They will provide support to the Marketing team in areas such as Direct Marketing, Database Marketing, Advertising, Promotions, Events, and Call Center as required.

Responsibilities:

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with Execution and Supervision of all Promotions, Special Events & Tournaments
Plan marketing calendars based on reimbursable and free slot play budgets
Create promotional/event blocks
Handle promotional builds as necessary
Manage gift card and merchandise orders (Bally's Tiverton)
Provide versioning of direct mail pieces to property coordinators
Review and approve all direct mail
Create free play codes as instructed
Support with invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor forms for direct marketing
Assist with email marketing creative and scheduling
Stay informed of competitors' player tracking and casino marketing programs
Assist the Marketing department with any miscellaneous requirements
Process returned mail and NCOA files

Other duties may include

Order supplies as necessary (Bally's Tiverton)
Create purchase orders as needed (Bally's Tiverton)
Submit Facilities requests as required
Manage Advertising invoices
Oversee Internal Static Signage and Monthly direction and monitoring of Promo Signage, A-Frames, Duratrans, Banner Vinyl's, and various departmental requests
Monitor Internal Digital Signage for Concerts, Special Events, and PromotionsRequests
Coordinate with Advertising Agency for billing and discrepancies in media and vendors
Regularly update budgets as necessary
Maintain website direction and content each month
Ensure accuracy of all website data
Monitor and engage in Social Media platforms, including Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Flickr
Conduct Weekly Social Reviews and send out reports to Guest Relations Teams
Supervise Social Gaming Applications
