    Description:
    An exciting opportunity awaits for a Clinical Dietitian in Williamsburg, Virginia. Join a dynamic team in a tobacco-free environment dedicated to promoting health and wellness through nutrition.

    This position offers a 13-week contract, providing day shift hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.

    As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in conducting nutritional assessments and planning, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients.


    Responsibilities:
    In this role, you will be responsible for completing nutritional screening and assessments within a 24-hour timeframe.

    You will collaborate with staff and interdisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate nutrition programs tailored to meet individual patient needs.

    Your duties will include performing nutritional evaluations, developing dietary plans, and providing ongoing support and education to patients.

    Additionally, you will utilize your expertise to contribute to the overall health and wellness of patients in a variety of healthcare settings.


    Requirements:

    We are seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in nutrition, dietetics, or a related health program.

    Candidates must also hold current registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

    The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a nutritionist, demonstrating proficiency in conducting nutritional assessments, evaluations, and planning.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
