    Description
    Position: Collision Center Service Writer

    Our client is seeking a skilled Collision Center Service Writer to provide exceptional customer service and streamline operations in our bustling collision center. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:
    • Greet customers and assess their collision repair needs
    • Document vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates
    • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
    • Communicate with insurance companies to facilitate claims processing
    • Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs
    • Resolve any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally
    Qualifications:
    • 2 years experience as a service writer, preferably in the automotive collision industry
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
    • Proficiency with computer software and basic math skills
    • Knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance procedures is a plus
