    Title: Social Media Strategist

    Location: Washington, DC

    Job Type: Full-time

    Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic and conversions across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to meet business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads and sales.
    2. Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media trends and conversations.
    3. Monitor social media analytics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content and strategies for maximum engagement and ROI.
    4. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate new techniques and technologies into our social media strategies.
    5. Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the social media landscape.
    6. Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative, and performance tracking.
    7. Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.
    8. Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders on social media performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

    Requirements:

    1. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
    2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for different social media channels.
    3. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
    4. Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and innovations.
    5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    6. Experience with social media advertising and knowledge of targeting options, ad formats, and optimization techniques.
