We are currently seeking a motivated Senior Media Strategist to join our growing Agency team.

    Our creative agency team specializes in branding, marketing, and experience design for the real estate and hospitality sectors. A successful candidate for this role should have a strong background in omnichannel marketing and be passionate about delivering innovative, data-driven solutions for clients. We are looking for individuals who have entrepreneurial drive and are excited to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

    What You'll Do:

    As a Senior Media Strategist, you will work as part of the Strategy team, supporting the Design, Content, Interactive, and Performance Marketing teams on all things media, including planning, operations, and reporting. In this dynamic role, you will:

    • Lead and navigate high-stakes, high-value strategic planning for current and prospective clients
    • Develop thoughtful, well-reasoned media plans supported by industry-leading research and infused with cutting-edge insights to keep us ahead of market trends
    • Actively contribute to our knowledge base by bringing in fresh, actionable insights from the media industry, ensuring our strategies reflect the latest developments and innovations
    • Manage day-to-day operations across core campaigns, from planning through to reconciliation, always with an eye towards leveraging industry insights for improved performance
    • Utilize data visualizations to create impactful strategic predictions, guiding our agency and clients towards data-driven decision-making with a deep understanding of industry dynamics
    • Prioritize knowledge-sharing and mentorship, educating colleagues on best practices and the latest media industry trends to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
    Requirements

    We're looking for an avid communicator and collaborator who is creative in their approach to solving problems, confident with clients, and loves "digging in" to uncover insights that drive campaign and client success. You're qualified for this role if you have:
    • At least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing and strategy
    • Exceptional skills in strategic planning, data and statistical analysis, and the creation of compelling data visualizations
    • A passion for quality assurance and acute attention to detail
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
