Job Summary:

Compensation & Benefits:


This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, paid biweekly.

In addition to a generous salary, the Automotive Service Advisor will also receive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and discounts on vehicle purchases and repairs.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and assist them with scheduling service appointments
  • Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
  • Provide estimates for services and repairs, and communicate any changes in cost or timeline to customers
  • Work with the technicians to prioritize and schedule repairs in a timely manner
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles and answer any questions or concerns they may have
  • Ensure all service records and invoices are accurate and properly documented
  • Consistently maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
  • Stay uptodate on current automotive technology and procedures
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Automotive Service Advisor
  • ASE certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of automotive technology and repairs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in computer skills and experience with automotive dealership software
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
  • Must be able to pass a preemployment background check and drug test
