    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Associate to join our team at International Kia Orland Park in Orland Hills, Illinois.

    The Call Center Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in the automotive industry. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and great benefits package.


    Compensation & Benefits:


    As a Call Center Associate at International Kia Orland Park, you will receive a competitive salary of $15 per hour, paid biweekly.

    In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, and paid time off.


    Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries or concerns regarding their automotive needs
    • Utilize computer systems to access customer information, track calls, and document customer interactions accurately
    • Act as a liaison between customers and dealership departments to resolve any issues or concerns
    • Offer exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, showing empathy, and finding prompt solutions to their problems
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely and effective followup
    • Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals, such as call handle time, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution
    • Stay uptodate with all dealership products, services, and promotions to better assist customers

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to navigate computer systems and multitask effectively while speaking with customers on the phone
    • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
    • Knowledge of automotive industry and dealership operations is a plus
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
