    Job DescriptionMaintenance Manager JOS205- TX
    Starting base salary $110-140K Summary
    Provides leadership, direction, and coordination of all maintenance, and process engineering activities across the plant or plants. Leadership and accountability for safety, quality, cost, and delivery meeting corporate and departmental goals and initiatives. Must be an active participant in continuous improvement, employee involvement and equal employment opportunity systems. The company is expecting a professional w/ multidisciplinary knowledge, including electro-electronics, pneumatics, robotics, and sub-systems like AC/DC drives, transducers, and PLCsRequirements-Coordinate plant activities through planning the allocation of resources with the departmental Supervisors to
    ensure the manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.

    • Provide leadership, coaching and training to the employees.
    Support their effort to enforce rules, administer to
    plant safety and ensure that processes are in place and are consistently adhered to.

    • Assist in the development and implementation of appropriate training for all employees with emphasis on quality,
    safety, and cross functional team training.

    • Participation in the organization and execution of all systems and processes required to reduce cost, improve
    quality, and deliver throughout company.

    • Deliver production units and work orders within established organizational timelines to internal as well as external
    customers.-Analyze and recommend future requirements related to manpower, machinery, tooling, equipment and floor
    space.-Direct continuous improvement, corrective actions and support new program launches.

    • Create and maintain a preventive and predictive maintenance program.
    -Use of financial and non-financial data to measure performance.-Willingness to travel from Eastern NC to North Eastern Texas.-Research & implement "Best Manufacturing Practices". -Maintain clean, organized, and have a safe worksite.

    • Participation on appropriate cross functional teams.
    -Implementation of new methods and processes.

    • Provide leadership and direction for workforce.
    • Assist in implementing employee involvement.
    • Planning and budget preparation.
    Requirements-Bilingual is a Big PLUS, but not mandatory.-Organized with strong time management skills.-Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.-Computer literacy Microsoft Office (Excel. Word, Outlook).-5+ years of experience in Maintenance Supervisor or Manager.-Must have experience creating and following written procedures.-Results-oriented & self-motivated and able to work independently.-Ability to read and interpret manufacturing prints and spec sheets.-Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other basic measuring tools.-Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.-Ability to work safely in all conditions inclduing hot and cold environments.

    • Focused on strictly adhering to safety procedures such as "lock out, tag out.
    "

    • Good communicators, able to work through problems with other team members.
    • Skills to perform computing trouble shooting on site and remotely are fundamental.
    • Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes.
    -Proven knowledge of business management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation).

    • Skilled in troubleshooting, problem solving, with being detail oriented, & have a strong desire for continued learning
    -8+ years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience with Engineer or Technician, preferable. Mechatronic, w/ solid expertise in Control Systems and Servomechanisms.
