As an X-ray supervisor, I supervise, monitor, plan and assign work to all the X-ray technologists in the department. I evaluate and monitor the quality assurance programs. I keep up with proper functioning and maintenance of the equipments, manage inventory, make shift schedules, facilitate training, perform yearly evaluations, and perform new hire interviews.
