Description

Insight Global is looking for Sr. Financial Analysts to sit on-site for one of our top Aerospace clients based in Fremont, CA. The Sr.

Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing corporate level financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and analytical, data-driven decision support to the Executive Leadership Team and external investors.

This position will be required to work on-site 5 days a week

Additional responsibilities include:

Provide financial, strategic reporting and support external reporting for investors
Collect and analyze a large volume of data, design solid reporting and analysis models, and make strategic, financial recommendations to leaders
Work closely with leaders and drive budgeting and forecasting processes
Assist with headcount and OPEX & CAPEX spend management
Track OPEX & CAPEX, perform variance analyses (vs. Budget, Forecast over Forecast, etc.), and provide timely reporting to leaders
Assist leaders in developing AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and LRP (Long Range Plan)
Assist with analytical, datadriven decision support
Ensure financial data accuracy, develop data visualization, create slides/decks for effective communication, and improve quality and presentation of existing reporting
Collaborate with IT to drive reporting automation, systems improvement, and BI tool development
May require up to 10% of domestic and international travel

MBA or advanced degree is a plus, but not required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field required
A minimum of 2 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
