- Consult with managers to define hiring needs and develop hiring plans/recruitment strategies
- Write compelling job descriptions and post openings on appropriate job boards/platforms
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (e.g. online, networking, employee referrals)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and feedback sessions with the hiring team
- Extend job offers and negotiate competitive compensation packages
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding new hires
- Track metrics and provide reporting on recruitment activities, pipelines, and hiring goals
- Promote the company's employer brand and value proposition
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs related to areas like recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, leaves, compliance, etc.
- Provide HR guidance and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct workplace investigations regarding grievances, complaints, or policy violations
- Coordinate performance review processes and make recommendations for performance improvements
- Support managers on employee disciplinary actions, terminations, and offboarding
- Facilitate training programs and professional development opportunities
- Ensure HR practices and policies comply with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee data and personnel records in HRIS
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes
- Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of combined recruiting and HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, employment laws, and HR policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization
- Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
- High level of confidentiality, tact, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office suite
