- Create lesson plans to teach students subject-related core material and concepts.
- Work with students individually aiding them to overcome specific learning challenges.
- Prepare students for standardized tests required by the State of South Carolina.
- Supervise children inside and outside of the classroom.
- Communicate with parents and administrators about the progress of children.
- Review and grade student assignments, when necessary.
- Observe students to evaluate their abilities, strengths, and weaknesses, and make suggestions on how they could improve.
- Other duties as assigned by administrators.
- A bachelors degree or higher in education or a related field
- A South Carolina Teachers License with relevant endorsements
- We will accept an Out-Of-State Teachers License
- We will accept expired Teachers Licenses that can be renewed over the summer
- Previous experience teaching
