Geriatric Health & Wellness is looking to add a Nurse Practitioner to their team.

Must have a passion for the care of older adults and enjoy working in an environment to include nursing home, assisted living, independent/ambulatory and skilled rehab.

4 years as RN and 3 years as NP work experience preferred. Licensed in State of South Carolina as NP, including current DEA and state controlled substances licenses. Must be able to meet requirements to be credentialed with Medicare and secondary insurers.

Must be comfortable with wide variety of medical conditions and illness levels from mild to advanced. Will work closely with the Physician team, Nursing, Rehab therapists, Palliative Care and Hospice. Must have experience and ability to perform accurate Medicare billing across all care settings.

Thorough documentation in electronic health record (GehriMed) and ability to navigate and place orders in Point Click Care highly valued.

Must have demonstrated ability to communicate with patients, families and employees.
