Description

ASRC Federal Broadleaf Division is seeking a System Lifecycle Risk Assessment/PKI Team Lead to support the DCSA program at Quantico VA, with remote flexibility available.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure cyber security and compliance of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
Lead the Cyber Compliance and PKI team in activities such as PKI token issuance and IT change management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Detailed knowledge of cryptography, key management, and certificate lifecycle automation.
Experience with PKI and Registration Authority tasks.
Familiarity with Executive Orders, Federal Laws, and NIST guidelines.
Strong writing skills for preparing compliance reports and SOPs.
Understanding of cyber assurance and risk management.
Knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Experience in process improvement and team management.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum five (5) years of cyber compliance experience.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity or Information Systems Management.

CERTIFICATION(S):

8570 certification required at hire. Security+ CE preferred.

CLEARANCE LEVEL:

Active Top-Secret Clearance REQUIRED.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Telework available with some onsite presence at Quantico VA.

Ability to communicate technical ideas effectively in English.
