- Actively communicate, answer questions, and partner with families expressing an interest in joining the program (40%)
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage day-to-day relationships (40%)
- Manage an amazing team of instructors (20%)
- Be the point of contact for all interested families
- Nurture relationships with families and students, provide ongoing check-ins of progress
- Provide tours of the center to give a feel for the "Mathnasium experience"
- Hire, train, and support a team of math instructors
- Provide ongoing training opportunities
- A four-year degree in preferred and knowledge in elementary mathematics
- Exemplary leadership skills and desire to grow
- Affinity for sales, with a strong focus on building relationships
- Ability to work from 12:00pm – 7:30pm (Monday-Thursday) and 9:30am – 2:00pm (Saturday), plus flexibility for attending some community events throughout the year
