Construction Estimator Wanted

Our client, a leading general contractor based in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a talented and experienced Construction Estimator with 5-7 years of experience working on retail and restaurant projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately estimate construction costs for commercial projects.
Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and related documents.
Prepare detailed budgets, cost estimates and schedules.
Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve issues.
Manage the estimating process from conception to completion.
Review and analyze subcontractor quotes.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

57 years of experience in construction estimating.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
Experience with computeraided estimating software, such as Bluebeam and Procore.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
