About:A dynamic Houston-based Small-Medium Commercial General Contractor specializing in Tenant Improvement (TI) and Build Out projects within the commercial office, healthcare, and retail sectors is looking for a Superintendent to join their growing team.

With a focus on delivering excellence and precision in every project, they take pride in the commitment to high-end finishes and unparalleled craftsmanship.

The projects are all Houston-based and typically range from $200k to $4M, encompassing a diverse portfolio of challenging and rewarding endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of onsite construction activities in Houston, including scheduling, coordination, and supervision of subcontractors and trades.
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards, maintaining a commitment to highend finishes and craftsmanship.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, in accordance with OSHA regulations (OSHA30 certification required).
Collaborate closely with project management teams to monitor progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks in Houstonbased projects.
Maintain effective communication with Houstonbased clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members in Houston, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a focus on TI and Build Out projects.
Proven track record of successfully delivering Houstonbased projects ranging from $200k to $4M within the commercial office, healthcare, and retail sectors.
OSHA30 certification is required.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced Houstonbased environment.
Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred, but not required.

Pay:
$105, $125,000.00 per year
