    Description

    Inclusive Consulting is delighted to be partnered with our highly automated Manufacturing client in their search for an Electronic Maintenance Manager based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

    Our client is a multi-billion dollar group who, due to an internal promotion, are now looking for a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Supervisor or Manager to join them on their journey.

    You will be a highly effective manager, able to inspire and lead a team of skilled Electrical Technicians within a highly automated environment. You will have pre-existing experience in Electrical Engineering from a manufacturing environment.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional and ambitious Electrical Maintenance professional with existing management experience to take the next step in their career with a progressive and renowned organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize expertise in PLC systems, fault finding, and interpreting ladder diagrams to ensure seamless operation of our cutting-edge machinery.
    • Implement and oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programs while efficiently managing Corrective Maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
    • Use site CMMS to streamline maintenance processes, track equipment performance, and optimize resource allocation.
    • Lead a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and support for their professional growth and ensure 24/7 support for our operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred but not required
    • Proven experience in specialist electrical maintenance roles within a highly automated manufacturing environment.
    • Proficiency in PLC systems, fault finding techniques, and interpreting ladder diagrams.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in people management and development.

    On Offer:

    • Salary of c. $90-£120k dependent on experience.
