**Administrative Fellow** **Remote**
- Per Diem-



The Health Equity Fellow will support Providence's participation in the HEA, as well as facilitating the transfer of knowledge back to Providence's ACOE to strengthen internal initiatives in using data to identify health inequities and root causes, and measure the effectiveness of efforts to address them.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience in working on health equity.
- 4 years of experience in administration, project management, clinical leadership, quality, or training.
- 4 years of experience in healthcare or community-based organization.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in MA/MS degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Salary Range by location:
NorCal (Napa, Sonoma)
Min: $38.57, Max: $61.05

Southern California, NorCal (Humboldt)
Min: $34.38, Max: $54.42
