Full-time, permanent position available immediately

Your responsibilities

80% of your time will be spent on nursing duties on the respective ward, while 20% will be dedicated to leadership tasks
You will work in a team of three in the nursing leadership on the ward, with main tasks including work organization, personnel management, nursing quality, nursing development, and pedagogy
You will be responsible for personnel deployment planning, shift planning, absence management, and vacation planning
As the nursing leader, you will handle patient and family complaints and serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families
You will participate in nursing leadership meetings and communicate information to the team
You will be responsible for individual further education within the team

Your profile

You have successfully completed training in the field of health and nursing (m/f/d) or have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare/nursing management (m/f/d)
You have a structured, independent, and solutionoriented way of working
You have the ability to cooperate with other interfaces and possess organizational skills
You have a friendly, empathetic demeanor and excellent communication skills
Willingness to work partial shifts on the phone per month
