Full-time, permanent position available immediately
Your responsibilities
- 80% of your time will be spent on nursing duties on the respective ward, while 20% will be dedicated to leadership tasks
- You will work in a team of three in the nursing leadership on the ward, with main tasks including work organization, personnel management, nursing quality, nursing development, and pedagogy
- You will be responsible for personnel deployment planning, shift planning, absence management, and vacation planning
- As the nursing leader, you will handle patient and family complaints and serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families
- You will participate in nursing leadership meetings and communicate information to the team
- You will be responsible for individual further education within the team
- You have successfully completed training in the field of health and nursing (m/f/d) or have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare/nursing management (m/f/d)
- You have a structured, independent, and solutionoriented way of working
- You have the ability to cooperate with other interfaces and possess organizational skills
- You have a friendly, empathetic demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work partial shifts on the phone per month
