Your main tasks:


As an expert (m/f/d), you are responsible for the digital transformation of customer management and oversee the implementation and further development of corresponding products and services.

For example, you design the automation of processes using RPA and are responsible for its implementation.
You develop creative ideas for optimized processes and positive customer experiences and implement them after approval.

  • You analyze the internal and external requirements for digitalization and automation of customer management, derive measures and implement them
  • In constant exchange with responsible parties and users, you determine the requirements for processes or applications. You evaluate and prioritize these needs
  • Planning, leading and executing projects of digital transformation is in your hands. Here, you are responsible for budget, quality and adherence to deadlines
  • You ensure the timeliness, conformity and efficiency of customer management processes and advise executives on process modeling
  • You work on crossfunctional projects for digital transformation and represent the functional processes of customer management

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on business administration or IT
