    ** Customer Service Associate - Boise**

    Boise, ID, US, 83704

    Description: **Up to $19 per hour**

    **RESPONSIBILITIES:**

    Actively listen to customers to understand concerns

    Address technical issue with step by step troubleshooting

    Provide information about their current plans & products

    Identify & position new solutions and services that align with their needs

    Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed & accuracy

    **REQUIREMENTS:**

    A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone (gaming or 3.5mm plug-in headsets are not compatible)

    18+ years & high school diploma/GED

    Professional positive attitude & courteous telephone etiquette

    Training & Work Schedule is onsite in Anderson, IN

    After Completion of Full-Time Training, Part-Time hours can be accommodated
