    **Assistant Branch Manager**

    **Department:** Keizer Branch **Location:** Keizer, OR

    **Starting Pay Range:** $ $33.65 per hour, eligible for incentive

    **Location:** Keizer, OR

    OCCU is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our growing Credit Union The Assistant Branch Manager assists the Branch Manager in ensuring exceptional member experiences by coaching and mentoring staff to provide excellent service. This Assistant provides dual leadership with the Branch Manager resulting in effective teamwork, highly skilled employees, optimal communication and ultimately successful achievement of team member, branch and credit union goals. They serve as an ambassador to the membership in promoting services as value-added and efficient virtual solutions for OCCUs membership.

    Strong candidates will have at least two years of experience in a similar role; strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees through coaching and mentoring; experience hiring and maintaining adequate staffing; delegating with excellent communication skills; and experience monitoring branch operating results relative sales and service and objectives. Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of specialized course of study at a business or trade school or equivalent experience is required
