Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive to lead our culinary and hospitality operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of food service management, ensuring exceptional dining experiences across fine dining, catering, and restaurant environments. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise culinary teams, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service across all dining outlets.
- Oversee menu planning, food production, and catering operations to deliver innovative and quality offerings that meet guest expectations.
- Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste while maintaining freshness and safety standards.
- Supervise shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Implement and uphold food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Coordinate with dietary departments to accommodate special dietary needs and ensure menu inclusivity.
- Oversee kitchen management tasks including staffing, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive team environment rooted in leadership.
Skills
- Extensive banquet experience combined with supervising experience in fast-paced hospitality settings.
- Strong background in food industry operations such as food service management, kitchen management, and catering.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while motivating staff toward shared goals.
- Expertise in inventory management, inventory control, and food management techniques to optimize resources.
- Deep knowledge of fine dining standards, menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
- Experience in restaurant management including shift management, food handling, and hospitality service excellence.
- Familiarity with bartending and beverage service to enhance overall guest experience when applicable.
