We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team with passion and precision.
This pivotal role combines hands-on food preparation, team supervision,
kitchen management to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production
    and service delivery
  • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in menu planning,
    food preparation presentation
    • Manage inventory control ordering supplies minimizing waste to optimize kitchen operations
    • Foster a positive team environment through leadership mentorship ongoing training initiatives
