Qualifications and Experience:
Literacy skills and numeracy proficiency in local language.
Professional abilities:
- Communication skills, literacy and numeracy skills, good understanding of fieldrelated tasks, great deal with dexterity, adaptation abilities, sense of awareness about safety rules, teamwork skills. Mechanical ability a plus.
The operator undertakes the manufacturing and/or packaging of parts in accordance with production quality and output requirements, while respecting the current operating instructions and the management's instructions.
General Requirements
- Responsible for the quality of parts by drawing upon selfinspection in particular, in accordance with the associated operating instructions;
- Maintain the appropriate production pace in order to ensure ontime delivery of required parts;
- Must report any defect or non conformity detected in raw materials, parts and production tool, in accordance with current procedures or operating instructions;
- Ensure product traceability;
- May be required to undertake certain tasks that are relevant to production (for instance, sorting operations, lines supply, inventory ) according to the management's instructions;
- Ensure personal and colleagues' safety;
- Maintain her/his workstation clean and tidy;
- May have to contribute in the induction of a new member at her/his workstation;
- Abide by the Group's procedures and operating instructions relevant to Quality, Safety and Environment within the scope of her/his duties and in compliance with the rules defined by the Group.
Perform level 1 maintenance operations.
AKWEL Requirements (applies to all):
- Application must be fully completed.
- Must be able to pass a Fit for Duty and Drug Screen prior placement.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Able to provide at least 2 working references with dates, names and phone numbers.
- Available to work up to 5 days a week, including Overtime and Saturdays
- Understand that the company has a Zero Tolerance Policy for drugs.
- Have not been convicted of any violent felonious act.
- Must pass an interview with our hiring team, as well as the supervisor of the shift in which they will be assigned.

3:00 the possibility of overtime. Training may be required on different shift
