Seeking Assistant Security Manager to work directly under our CEO, helping create Policy and managing a staff of security guards.

The starting assignment will be at our retail operation which consists of 5 upscale clothing stores so familiarity and comfort in a retail setting is important.

Must be willing to work as a guard while wearing multiple managerial hats, including but not limited to hiring/interviewing, Policy Creation and Training, Payroll and sundry admin tasks.

Excellent training ground for Security Management.

LOCATION:
Initially, three stores are in West Hollywood. Two others are in Malibu CA.

PAY:
Will work at least 40 hours a week. Within 3 months of demonstrated success, this would turn into a salary position. While training and under probation we will reach an equitable, agreed-upon pay arrangement.

SKILLS SOUGHT:
Strong writing skills, flexible schedule, hard-working, good customer-service skills. Computer literate. Must have laptop and know excel

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Writing/creating site-specific security guard policy, training materials and memos at various accounts so guards have clear instructions and expectations.

2) Implementing and documenting guard training

3) Recruiting/hiring guards. Daily phone interviews is expected. Meeting and hiring responsible guards is critically important

4) Ensuring Clients are satisfied with service and passing on feedback to guards and our management team

5) Being responsible for timesheet collection and accurate transfer of data into our excel-based payroll system.

6) Willing to work as a professional guard, leading by example, learning our Clients by being present

Pay:
$52, $70,000.00 per year
