PRIMARY FOCUS:

Great opportunity for a Lead Security Guard Rover (Manager Trainee) to join our team and assist in various roles, focusing on working at different accounts, learning posts, and helping with Management and Admin tasks.

Responsibilities include assisting in recruiting entry-level security guards, reviewing policies, and overseeing our guard tour system, Silvertrac.

Expect to handle daily calls, documentation, and collaborate with the CEO to ensure smooth operations.

This role serves as a valuable training ground for those interested in the security guard industry, with potential for quick advancement to senior management.

SCHEDULE: Full-time position, Day and/or Swing Shift, occasional weekends.

LOCATION: Mainly Culver City or El Segundo, but flexibility to work at various sites in West Los Angeles, including locations like Malibu and Carson. A mix of guard shack and office environments, with some retail settings.

START DATE:
Immediate start required for day shifts and weekends in El Segundo or Culver City. Multitasking skills essential, handling access control, calls, and interviews.

PROBATION AND PAY:
After 90 days, successful candidates may receive a salary increase. Hourly wage during training will be mutually agreed upon to ensure both parties are satisfied.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :
Prefer college-educated individuals with security or related experience. Looking for smart, reliable, hard-working team players interested in a challenging Management career, particularly in Recruiting. Strong communication, administrative, and tech skills required.
