    About job:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Front Office Representative. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in our front office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Salary Range: $ $25.00 per hour

    Job: Full time

    Location: Philadelphia, PA

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients and visitors and provide them with a warm welcome
    • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
    • Assist clients with inquiries and provide accurate information
    • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the front office area
    Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proven experience in a customer service role
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
