The Junior Salesforce Administrator will work alongside a technical business analyst and report to the VP of Information Technology. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will help continually improve and enhance the LIRS Salesforce platform by gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. The Junior Administrator will collaborate with our users to learn business processes to translate them into technical solutions. Duties will include all aspects of user management including support tickets and user training and testing support.
This position can be remote with trips to Baltimore as needed.
