    Description
    Boston Yacht Haven Inn & Marina is currently seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent/Front Desk Agent.

    The Guest Service Agent is responsible for:
    -maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times

    -checking in and out guests from the inn & marina softwares

    -providing restaurant recommendations and concierge services

    -making reservations

    -answering phones and responding to emails

    -welcoming and serving all guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone; and ensuring guest needs are being met

    -assisting in other departments

    -other duties as assigned by management

    This individual must have good professional judgment and ability to work independently. Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills required.


    Must be a multi-tasker and a team player to assist other employees in providing a first-class hotel experience to our guests.

    Prefer two years hospitality experience or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management. Ability to work holidays and weekends is necessary. Flexibility is a plus. Full training is provided.

    With a stunning location on Boston's waterfront, Boston Yacht Haven features a marina with 100 deep-water slips that can accommodate a vessel up to 400 feet, a boutique luxury 10-room inn, fitness center and Captains Lounge.

    Boston Yacht Haven is located on Boston's Commercial Wharf in the North End and is nearby to Quincy Market, the New England Aquarium and Christopher Columbus Park, in one of the most stunning waterfront destinations in Boston.
